‘Talk That Talk’ Sales Disappoint

Last week, HITS Daily Double predicted that Rihanna’s newest album ‘Talk That Talk’ would sell between 180,000 and 200,000 copies in its first week, and unfortunately for Riri, they were right.

While her boytoy friend Drake’s ‘Take Care’ album pushed a staggering 700,000 copies in its first week, ‘Talk That Talk’ limped behind with a mere 197,000 copies.

Despite the constant buzz around Rihanna, she has been having a lot of trouble dropping a #1 album, even with the success of her singles. It is also concerning that she is having trouble filling concert seats. Seems like her life is more entertaining to people than her music.

Does anyone hear that? That’s the sound of Rihanna Navy sinking.
